Just my 2 cents. I think the state of the budget before and after Mrs Palin shows she's no budget cutter - the reason she made sure raped women paid their own way was so she wasn't footing the bill for their emergency contraception. Let's be clear, this goes beyond not funding abortion, all the way to giving poor women no way to avoid getting pregnant with their rapist's baby in the first place.

I agree with you. Budget cutting has nothing to do with it. I took the liberty of channeling the Palin-McCain penchant for making things up and used it for my satyric purposes. Thanks for the comment.
